Will you help me look for a job?

No. Our clients pay us to help them find the best talent for their jobs. Looking for a job is YOUR job! Via the self nomination process, you have complete control over which jobs you are presented for. You can also set up a "Career Alert" which will notify you instantly when a new job is posted that matches your parameters.

What should I do if I am experiencing website issues?

If you are experiencing any website issues please clear your cache, if the problem persists please contact us.

Are there any fees to the jobseeker?

Never.

What is the difference between "Featured Jobs" and "All Jobs"?

Featured Jobs are the ones that we are directly working on. All Jobs are the jobs of our 1,400 affiliates.

Are there any posted jobs that aren't currently open?

NO. All jobs posted have been confirmed active within the most recent 60 days.

What happens when I nominate myself for a job?

Your complete registration profile, including your resume, is instantly and automatically sent directly to the recruiter who is working on the assignment, along with a copy of the job you selected. If the recruiter feels there is a possible match for this job, or another she/he might be working on, you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Should I fill out the entire registration page?

Yes. Recruiters do one of three things with each job nomination: delete, call, or set aside because information is missing. If there are enough qualified candidates in the 'call' group, those with missing information will never have a chance. Better to provide too much information than too little.

How do I know you will help me get the highest possible salary?

Because the placement fee we charge to our client is equal to a percentage of your new salary. The more you earn, the more we earn.

Do you sell access to your database to other companies?

Never. Your information is completely private and we never share it with anyone without your direct permission.

Do I have any control over who sees my resume?

Yes. When you register, your registration information is not visible to anyone outside of Affinity Executive Search.
The only time a recruiter outside of Affinity Executive Search can receive your resume is when you nominate yourself for a job in the "All Jobs" section. Then, your information is only sent directly to the one recruiter who is working on that assignment.
