Retained Search: Assignments are generally reserved for rush or extremely sensitive assignments and typically involves a partial advanced payment that gives priority to your assignment. The full payment is not contingent upon placement.

Special Projects:  Rates available for special projects on an hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Contingency Search: Payment of search fees are "contingent" on the hiring of a referred candidate. Based on your requirements, we conduct an in-depth search but only receive payment when we produce results.

Contract Staffing: Allows you to bring in professional-level employees for a specific length of time or for a specific project. Top Echelon Contracting, Inc. allows us to supply our client companies with top-notch professionals for a specific length of time or for a specific project. The contractor is the employee of our contracting division, freeing our client from administrative problems, tax and workers' compensation issues, payroll, and unemployment liabilities.

Employer of Record™ Rate Calculator Do you have the perfect candidate, but you don’t want to add him/her to your payroll? Outsource your employment headaches by using our Employer of Record™ service. For a nominal cost we hire the candidate, handle the taxes, insurance, benefits, payroll funding, payroll processing, etc. You pay one simple invoice. How much will it cost? Temporary Staffing: For short-term and/or project needs.
