Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team in Calabasas. This pivotal role requires a leader with a comprehensive understanding of skilled nursing facilities and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care.
• Develop and implement compliant nursing policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Active, valid Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of California.
• Required 1 year Medicare Based Home Health Leadership experience
• 5+ years RN experience, with at least 3 years as a DON in home health
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations.
• Demonstrated success in hiring, training, and managing clinical teams
