- Strong SolidWorks proficiency — they will ask detailed questions about what you’ve designed or modified and how frequently you use it.
- Ability to describe material routing, explain TAKT time, measurement methods, and the 5S steps.
- Hands-on experience with Lean CI projects.
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics (big plus).
- Some welding experience.
- Projects vary, with occasional light travel for equipment installations.
- Great work–life balance, nice facilities, and exposure to line balancing.
