Job description:

• Lead the formulation and execution of the companys overall technology strategy from a strategic perspective.
• Conduct technical assessments of existing business operations, identify critical pain points, and develop practical solutions.
• Serve as the companys primary external technology representative, building close technical alignment with key customers.
• Optimize R&D management processes and establish a structured talent pipeline for technical teams.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree or higher in Automation or a related field, with 10+ years of R&D experience in the 3C consumer electronics industry.
• Fluent English capable of direct technical communication with international clients; strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills.
• Proven leadership experience in team management, organizational development, and culture building.
  Strong strategic mindset with forward-looking insights into 3C technology trends; customer-centric approach and experience managing technical crises.
• High resilience under pressure, open-minded, and aligned with the companys core values and culture.
