Job description:

Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing commercial construction projects in the low-slope roofing category including sheet metal installation and masonry restoration (as needed) by the scope of the contract.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• College degree - STEM degree preferred
• 5-10 years of Project Management experience at roofing subcontractor(s)
• Experience processing submittals, RFI's, change orders, and material orders
• Strong subcontracting background working with top tier General Contractors (Whiting Turner, Clark, Hitt, JMA, Davis, etc).
• Experience producing submittals, pricing/estimating change orders, planning and scheduling work and some roofing/waterproofing or building envelope experience.
