Specific role responsibilities

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and FMCG within Africa.
Proven track record of driving enterprise sales, closing large-scale contracts, and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Experience in leading multi-country teams across Africa and navigating complex, fast-growing markets.
Strong network within the pharma ecosystem (manufacturers, distributors, pharmacies, regulators, and institutional buyers).
Solid experience in B2B enterprise contract negotiations and partnership management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
Strategic thinker that can quickly jump into the minute details and manage hands on
