Job description:

As a Project Executive, youll oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, guiding project management and field teams to deliver on safety, schedule, and financial targets. Youll manage multi-million-dollar projects, including data centers, ensuring seamless systems integration and flawless execution.

Qualifications:

• 1215+ years managing large, complex construction projects; mission critical or data center experience preferred
• B.S. in Construction, Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience leading large, complex construction projects, preferably mission critical or data center projects
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to coordinate multiple trades and vendors
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Expertise in budgeting, cost forecasting, scheduling, and project closeout
• Ability to foster a culture of accountability, operational reliability, and safety
