Sr. Home Textiles Designer

Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Home Textiles Designer with strong bedding/home textile experience, solid print and product development skills, and someone who can thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities

• Design seasonal assortments for bedding and soft home products
• Create CADs, repeats, engineered placements, and colorways
• Develop trims, textures, embellishments, and construction details
• Prepare factory-ready artwork and tech packs
• Review and approve samples, strike-offs, and lab dips
• Collaborate with design, sales, sourcing, and production teams
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Ideally 8-12 years of product, textile, or home design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pointcarre
• Experience with production-ready artwork and repeats
• Strong understanding of textiles and soft-goods construction
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple brands
