Job description:
This is an AI-powered research platform that helps teams uncover insights from customer interviews in hours instead of months. The product analyzes conversations, surfaces themes, and enables faster, smarter product decisions. The team includes serial entrepreneurs, former co-founders, and talent from Jane Street, Twitter, Stripe, Affirm, Bain, and Goldman Sachs with enterprise wins at Google, Microsoft, Nestl, and P&G, industry-leading win rates, and six-figure land deals that expand quickly.
This is a founding content marketing lead role reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. You will own content strategy and execution from zero to one building out positioning, campaigns, and the strategic direction for how the company invests its marketing efforts. You will be strategic but also hands-on, executing content across case studies, webinars, blogs, social, and video. A junior content person supports you on production tasks.
What You'll Own:
- Own content strategy and positioning across all channels: LinkedIn, case studies, video, Instagram, and social
- Create and execute content campaigns that resonate with researchers and show how the platform helps them do better work
- Interview customers and translate insights into compelling B2B content and narratives
- Build and manage the content calendar, making strategic decisions on which channels and formats to prioritize based on prior success
- Work with product marketing and events teams to align messaging and turn successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks
- Test and scale new content formats including video, webinars, and social-first content
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS content strategy, product marketing, editorial, or brand storytelling roles
- Track record of owning content strategy end-to-end at a startup or high-growth company
- Ability to write high-quality assets including whitepapers, reports, launch materials, and scripts
- Experience interviewing customers and translating insights into compelling content
- Comfortable across multiple content formats including video, case studies, blogs, webinars, podcasts, and social platforms
- Strong writer, storyteller, and editor with excellent taste and high content standards
- High ownership mentality able to make strategic decisions on content direction without a playbook
- Fast, scrappy, and energized by early-stage ambiguity
- Based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY in-person role
