TITLE: Cancer Services/Oncology Operations Manager(RN)
LOCATION: Zanesville, Ohio

The Cancer Services/Oncology Operations Manager (RN) will provide overall direction and coordination of the Cancer Center operations.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
-Maintaining efficient processes
-Maintaining adequate staffing
-Coordinating outpatient cancer care services
-Managing and monitoring quality measures
-Leading performance improvement activities
-Working to establish clinical policies and procedures
-Making recommendations on professional services
-Working to identify educational needs and opportunities
-Ensuring accreditation for all areas
Qualifications/Background Profile:
-Ohio licensed RN or able to obtain prior to starting.
-2 years of nursing experience in a Cancer related field.
-2+ years of leadership experience.
-Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal relations skills
-Strong strategic and critical thinking skills
-Strong knowledge of clinical operations
-Strong understanding of levels of care, treatment modalities and the present healthcare delivery system

The position reports to the CNO whom really appreciates people and wants to see them develop.
The person will oversee about 25-30 FTE's.
The position will offer pay between 85-100K plus full benefits and help with relocation.
