TITLE: Director Acute Care Services
LOCATION: Zanesville, Ohio

Here is what you'll be doing;
The Director of Acute Care Services will be responsible for the organization and leadership of Medical/Surgical, Pediatrics, Telemetry, Critical Care, Hemodialysis and Respiratory Therapy services.
The person in this position will develop standards of care/practice, develop and manage budgets, review and develop processes to improve quality and cost-effectiveness, collaborate with physicians, provide associate coaching/staff development and perform in clinical role as needed.
Ensures that all patients receive the highest quality care.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.

This is what you need to qualify;
-Ohio licensed RN or able to obtain prior to starting
-5 years of nursing experience
-3+ years of Management experience
-Bachelor’s degree in nursing
-BLS, ACLS is required
-Leadership, project management, and personnel management skills
-Knowledge of regulatory agencies, such as The Joint Commission, OSHA and ODH

You will report to the CNO who really appreciates people and wants to develop them.
You will oversee about 100 FTE's and will oversee the following departments: Medical/Surgical, Pediatrics, Telemetry, Critical Care, Hemodialysis and Respiratory Therapy services.
The facility offersa salary around 110K plus full benefits and help with relocation.
