Integrated engineering and construction firm specializing in the planning, engineering and construction of food and beverage processing plants and food distribution facilities.
Oversee the leadership, development and execution of company construction projects.
Coordination of project management activities with design and engineering staff and with outside consulting engineers.
Create functional strategies and objectives, develop policies and procedures.
Project cost control, project schedule control and quality control.
Implementation and maintenance of management systems.
Responsible for managing the project management staff and the field supervision staff, recruitment, training and development of field personnel and project management staff.
Subcontractor recruitment and selection.
BS in Construction Management or related field.
15+ years’ experience in construction project management with at least 5 years’ in managerial and team leadership experience.
Previous process, project, industrial, mechanical, facility, maintenance or production engineering, a plus.
Experience with food processing plants: Understanding of food processing design, flow and processing equipment.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, Word. Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Publisher is a plus.
