Must have a MINIMUM of 3 years experience as a machine tool repair technician.
Must specific experience repairing, re-timing , aligning Automatic Tool Changers on CNC Mills
Understanding Fanuc type control parameters for making machine adjustments
Must be able to level/align small to large machines
Must have some knowledge of Precision Spindles
Must be able to read a manual, understand it and troubleshoot equipment
Must have an understanding of Mills, Lathes and Grinders and how they work
Must have knowledge of basic electrical (115VAC/220VAC/440VAC single and here phase)
Experience with troubleshooting mechanical assemblies such as gearboxes and drive trains
Must be able to operate a Computer and be able to use Window/MS Office and Email
Must be able to lift 50 Lbs (good strong-healthy back)
Basic CNC Programming Skills/ Basic to Intermediate G-code Programming skills
Must possess a Valid US Drivers license
Must have good knowledge of electrical troubleshooting skills and knowledge of 3 phase electricity
Must have people skills, strong communication and organizational skills.
Must have the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Ability to track and report on full test/inspections and demonstrations while being self managed.
Ability to provide technical telephone support.
Not imperative but nice to have
Basic PLC experience and knowledge of CNC automation
Direct knowledge with Akira Seiki and Hurco Milling Machine
