Job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Short and long term planning of maintenance needs
- Equipment analysis and Root Cause procedures
- Development and execution of preventative & Predictive maintenance programs
- Assistance in scheduling and supervision of assigned maintenance employees
Qualifications/Education Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent experience
- Bachelors degree Electrical Engineering or Related field
- Experience in lieu of degree will be considered
- Allen Bradley PLC experience
- Experience in Electrical Reliability Maintenance.
- Experience in leading, assessing, and developing talent to deliver results
- Experience leading / supervising employees in a unionized facility
- Experience with predictive maintenance methods (vibration analysis, lubrication, infrared, ultrasonic measurement, standard work analysis)
- CMMS (SAP Preferred) – experience utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Root Cause Analysis & Process Improvements Programs
