As the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Manager you will drive the development, design, and implementation of initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture and enhance the ability to recruit, develop and retain a high-performing, diverse workforce.
This key position will play a critical leadership role in further developing and executing diversity, equity, and inclusion priorities.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion, you will provide counsel and guidance to supervisors and managers on best practices associated with leading employees from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, and align inclusion initiatives with the organizational mission, vision and D&I framework.
You will serve as the subject matter expert; support leaders to help drive group initiatives, assist with planning and program budgeting; Coordinate the development of new D&I guidelines; develop & monitor metrics.
You will develop, facilitate, coordinate, and assess training and education on D&I topics, and coach employees on inclusive behaviors.
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Compensation: $120k - $135k + 15% Bonus + 9% 401k match

- Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of diversity, equity, and inclusion experience.
- 5+ years HR experience.
- Strong program and project management skills; ability to operationalize and scale programs.
