Contract research and manufacturing company is looking for a Synthetic Chemist to work with an R&D team at the company's site in suburban Cleveland.  The Synthetic Chemist will execute new chemical reactions to prepare grams scale products.  New PhD candidates without post doc experience will be considered.
 
 
Requirements for the Synthetic Chemist:
 

• Ph.D. in organic chemistry, focused on synthesis
• Strong synthetic organic chemistry and experience
• Analytical HPLC and semi-preparative HPLC experience is a plus
• Experience in design and synthesis of new compounds is critical
• Team work and strong problem solving experiences are essential
• Computer and software experience (MS word and excel, Scifinder)
• Good working knowledge of analytical techniques including NMR, MS, and HPLC
