Title: RN – ICU Float Pool  – Riverside, CA

Schedule: Fulltime –Days & Night shift with rotating weekends /  3-12hr Shifts

Position Summary:

Functions as a member of patient care team in providing competent care to patients according to their individual needs. Coordinates patient care and delegates responsibilities to team members within their scope of practice and competencies. 

Will float to MICU, SICU and might float to CVU, PCU and ER Holding.

Licensure/ Certification/Registration:

California RN License 

Will  accept pending licensure - ONLY IF APPLICATIONS HAS BEEN IN PROCESS AND YOU ARE CLOSE TO GETTING THE LICENSE

Minimum:   CA RN, BCLS, ACLS (within 6 months of hire), National RN Certification Preferred

Education:

 Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Experience:

Minimum: 1 year of critical care nursing in ICU

Qualifications/Skills:

Ability to use critical thinking skills and prioritize aspects of patient care; possesses good interpersonal communication skills. Is able to calculate medication dosages and safely administer medications within the critical care setting.

 Special Notes:

 70 Bed ICU

Will float to MICU, SICU and might float to CVU, PCU and ER Holding.

General Comments

Salary: Starting at $47.84 - Mid $ 58.16 - Max $66.70  per hour based on years of experience. 

Night Differential $3.00 - No weekend differential

No relocation is being offered
