Specialize in the evaluation and treatment of children with a variety of needs.  The treatment and facilitation of sensory and motor development in children of all ages.  Therapists promote the use of play in sessions with children, providing a fun and motivating setting in which to learn and grow.  Occupational therapist should be skilled in meeting needs in these areas:

An exceptional staff of highly qualified individuals to meet the needs of each child and family they serve.
A large team of speech-language pathologists, special educators, physical therapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and school psychologists provide evaluation and therapeutic/educational services to children.
In every interaction, you will find that their skilled and caring staff is focused on meeting the needs of the child and assisting families and community in making little lives into big successes.
Ongoing professional development programs for all of the staff, as well as a carefully arranged supervision and support structure, ensure that new and traditional therapy techniques are always available to their clients.
Diploma in Occupational Therapy and current or eligible for NYS OT license.
