You are responsible for driving customer satisfaction and existing customer revenue. Align yourself with the stakeholders of assigned customers to help them deliver on their IT & Business Automation strategies. (Fully Remote)
What You'll Do:
- Pro-actively engage and interact with new customers on a daily basis to onboard, educate, and increase engagement & usage
- Provide reports back to our delivery and Solution strategy teams on product and project performance.
- Tracking and reporting on account metrics with an eye on continuous improvement.
- Work cross functionally with the Sales, Solutions Engineering and Delivery during account transitions, project deliveries and account growth.
- Own and drive the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in a similar position at a SaaS company
- Demonstrated strong Sales skills
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve processes in a pre-existing team
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and willingness to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Dynamic presentation skills
