Office Project Coordinator
Location: Dallas or Houston
Our firm is in search of an Office Project Coordinator who is interested to work in a Concierge Medical Practice clinic start up. Our Client is well capitalized and led by an award-winning Team. This role reports directly to the CEO and will be in Dallas or Houston. You will coordinate Zoom meetings, research clinical and industry data, organize and disseminate company information.
This role is M-F, 8a-5p and as needed. This role is incentivized with a $60k base and aggressive bonus structure so if you want to earn more, you can! The ideal hire can be in Dallas or Houston. Travel between clinics may be required on occasion and will be employer paid.
In this role you will research chronic disease associated with Transgender Reassignment, Thyroid, Menopause, Andropause and Fibromyalgia then connect with groups, conventions, support/chat rooms, classes, etc., uncovering potential markets to connect and network with.
- 3 years minimum in Project Management, Project Coordination, or relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- MS Office proficient
- Highly organized and motivated
- Video conferencing and scheduling proficient
- Enjoys researching
- Willing to travel as needed
Our client is quite reputable and has clinics not only in Dallas and Arlington, but also in San Antonio, Corpus Christi, Houston and Beaumont. Should you wish to travel to other clinics or work more than 3 days a week (at a workable schedule to be discussed), this is something open to discussion.
