Responsibilities
- Support talent management system for departmental hiring
- Lead a positive on-boarding experience
- Lead business investigations and handle corrective actions
- Participate in developing solutions to meet business needs and advance our talent agenda.
- Support the HR operation by enhancing relevant talent pipeline strategies.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree required
- 1-2+ years Human Resources experience across a variety of disciplines within HR
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are a must
