Must have at least (3) years of HR generalist experience within a manufacturing environment along with a four-year degree. Candidates that are local or with ties to the area will be ideal!
This role will support the plant HR Manager regarding all functions including developing and implementing HR systems and related processes for a (400) employee plant.
