Manager wil be responsible for a all HR functions including Employee Relations, Recruiting, Training ,Comp and Benefits , Union Avoidance ..... Minimum of 10 years Human Resource experience in a manufacturing facility (Automotive tier one experience a definite plus) with at least three years management experience. Working knowledge of OSHA, FLSA and other current Federal and State Laws.... Must have a BS Degree in Human Resources or Business ...MBA a big plus .... Experience with Lean Manufacturing required . Six Sigma Black or Green Belt a plus
