Must have at least 3+ years of plant human resource generalist expertise including work experience within manufacturing operations. Bachelor's degree required.
This position will lead and manage the ongoing HR related activities for a non-union Fortune 500 manufacturing facility. Reports directly into a Regional HR Manager (located off site).
Provide employee relations strategy and execution including coaching/training, identify and implement performance improvement processes, performance measurement, benefits and compensation. Liaison between hiring managers and Corporate Talent Acquisition Department.
