In this role:
You will work with and be part of the management team of 500+ full time individuals.
Ensure compliance with company directives, environmental permits, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement and manage the site's environmental programs and continuous improvement plans.
Supervise, develop and evaluate environmental staff; provide performance feedback and development strategies.
Prioritize and lead project direction and execution related to all Environmental issues within all the facilities locally.
- Bachelor's degree required (STEM preferred)
- 7+ years working in chemical operations (batch or continuous)
- Have had direct reports in the past
- Title V, Hazardous waste and waste water experience
