Plant Controller - Utah

Role Overview: As our Plant Controller, you'll be a key player in our quest for improvement. Your role involves managing finances, overseeing a team, and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Monitor weekly performance indicators, providing insights for better decisions.
·        Analyze productivity projects, comparing with other locations.
·        Manage cost accounting, monthly closes, and variance analysis.
·        Collaborate on budgets and forecasts with plant and HQ teams.
·        Strengthen financial controls and processes.
·        Oversee internal controls and coordinate audits.
·        Review monthly reconciliations.
·        Efficiently use SAP for data analysis.
·        Create and maintain SOPs for continuous improvement.
·        Collaborate with plant departments and manage local procurement.
·        Lead special projects and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements:

·        Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
·        Minimum 5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
·        Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
·        Management experience.
·        Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and multitasking skills.
·        Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
·        Proactive and resilient.

Compensation:

Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 per year.

Performance-based bonus: 18%.
